C25K Week 1, take 2

I started week 1`of Couch to 5K yesterday and it felt awesome! I ran faster than I have ever run (6mp - very good for me) and didn't feel like I was going to die. I remember the first time around, I felt really horrible and I was running around 4.5 to 5 mph.

I have plans to go back tomorrow and Friday. I took the kids swimming afterward so that was fun too.

It feels like I am making progress after one year off.

think the speed increase is amazing. Don't think pregancy is going to work as a speed imfrover for a big chunk of the population though. :)
