OK, so I have to admit that I was a little reluctant to get that initial push-up count. I have never been that strong in my arms, but I think I did OK.
Initial Push-Up Count: 15
Initial Sit-Up Count: 50 (I could have gone further, but it has only been 3 weeks since I had the baby and I don't want to push it too hard...yet.)
WEEK 1: Push-Ups, Sit-Ups
I actually feel pretty good about this right now.

I just realize I had your initial pushup/situp post saved in my Bloglines....
Have you been working on this, or has the newest little one got you all wrapped around his finger?
